In order to join MicroConf Connect, you will need to submit an application to join. We approve applications for MicroConf Connect once per month for free and Basic memberships, and twice per month for Connect Gold memberships.

This depends on the type of Membership you are applying for. If you apply for the free membership, there is no cost associated with you application.

If you are applying for either our Basic or Gold membership, you will need to submit payment for the plan type you have selected.

If your application is denied, we will immediately issue you a refund for your purchase.

This depends on the type of application that you have submitted.

For Gold Members: Your application will be reviewed and approved within two weeks of applying for MicroConf Connect membership.

For Basic Members: We will be approving applications on a monthly basis. Your application will indicate when to expect a decision.

For Free Members: We are capping the total number of new members to 200 per month. Once your application has been approved, you will be added to a queue based on when your application was submitted. Each month, we will issue invitations to all qualified Gold and Basic members. We will subtract the total number of paid invitations from 200, and issue the remaining invitations to folks on the Free Membership waiting list. We do not anticipate that most people will be on the waiting list for more than 3 months.

No discounts on Basic or Gold, but there's a free tier with public channels. Got unique skills or ideas to improve the community? Reach out; we might cut a deal.

Unfortunately, MicroConf is specifically tailored for Founders, Owners, and early employees of B2B SaaS companies, as well as those looking to launch their own B2B SaaS venture. Our community focuses on nurturing and growing these particular segments, so we typically do not accept Service Providers, Consultants, financial instrument-related businesses, or those whose primary goal is client acquisition through our community. You can request a refund within your first 30 days. No refunds after that, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals (and keep access until your Membership expires). Your feedback is important to us, so let us know how we can improve and we will do our best to make sure you get the value you need from Connect.

When you apply for MicroConf Connect, either at the Basic or Gold level, you'll need to make a payment. This helps us fast-track your approval, smooth out your onboarding experience, and, frankly, weed out folks who are not as serious about joining at the Paid membership level. If you're not approved, you'll get an instant refund.
